You can be a show sponsor for $1500 or more and receive a free vendor booth along with advertising during the show and on social media.

If a larger booth is needed, call and we will determine cost on a case by case basis.

Vendors should have their booths manned 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Each vendor needs to keep their booth clean and inviting to the customers.

Each vendor will have to have an insurance certificate copy turned in before setting up.
​

Each vendor responsible for having the proper permits and Wyoming tax forms for their business.

Each vendor will be responsible for moving in their merchandise or displays.
