All roads lead to cheyenne
Welcome to the Cheyenne Livestock Exposition, where all roads lead to Cheyenne this November. Nestled in the heart of cow country, this premier livestock event is more than just a show, it’s a celebration of Western heritage, elite genetics, and the spirit of rural America.

Held during the last two weeks of November at the state-of-the-art Event Center at Archer, the Expo offers over $100,000 in cash and prizes. With an indoor barn and show ring accommodating 600 head of haltered cattle, temperature-controlled facilities, expanded wash racks, added electricity, and interlocking floor mats, this is a show built for the serious exhibitor. There’s ample tie-out space, including the convenience of trailer tie-outs.

This year’s show lineup includes open and junior beef cattle breed shows, with cattle stalled and shown under one roof. The American Highland, Hereford, and Mini Hereford Associations will hold official points shows. Exhibitors can compete for top honors in divisions including bulls, open females, junior females, market steers, and prospect steers and heifers––with showmanship awards and top-five cash awards in each.

Junior sheep, hog, and goat exhibitors will take part in market, breeding, and showmanship competitions, culminating in the thrilling Supreme Drives—where champions from each species compete head-to-head for cash prizes and serious bragging rights.
And speaking of Supreme Drives… don’t miss the social hour just before, featuring drinks and camaraderie with our friends from Pine Bluffs Distilling. It’s the perfect way to toast to a great show season.

The Expo hosts the "Cheyenne's Foundation of the Future Sale" a genetic offering of embryos and semen. A portion of the sales goes to a scholarship give out at the show year to year.

Cheyenne was the obvious choice for this event—not just because of its location at the crossroads of I-80 and I-25, but because of its community. With great hotels, restaurants, and an unmatched Western welcome, the people of Cheyenne, Laramie County, and the surrounding area have gone above and beyond to make this a top-tier experience.

We’d like to extend our thanks to the Laramie County Commissioners, the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Visit Cheyenne, our generous sponsors, volunteers, and—most importantly—you, the livestock breeders, exhibitors, and guests who make this all possible.

We can't wait to welcome you to Cheyenne this November. Let’s show. Let’s celebrate. Let’s make history.
